Military defense lawyers represent service members that are investigated for and  / or charged with criminal  offenses under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. They seek justice and accountability for military clients whose careers, liberty, and livelihood are jeopardized by as little as bare accusations.

Requiring the government to bear its burden fairly and appropriately in court is vital. Ensuring that only the best advocates are ready to do all possible within the current military justice framework is our hallmark.  Proposing amendments to rebalance the military justice system is our vision.

Military defense lawyers are committed to ensuring that all members of our nation’s active military duty  – U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Marine Corps, and the U.S. Coast Guard – can seek justice in our nation’s courtrooms. Military defense lawyers fight to ensure a balanced justice system and advocate for reform that will refocus the military on providing a fair trial to the military accused.
